"Tent City Hire" has been servicing the accommodation needs of events and festivals since 1995 and, this year, has found a home at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

Accommodation will be available from Wednesday October 8 to and including the night of Sunday October 12.

Tent City will be located at the corner of Alpha St and Gormans Hill Road, which is approximately 500 metres from the town centre. The facility will be serviced by regular coach transport throughout the event each day,

This package includes breakfasts served in the hospitality marquee each morning. Choose from a continental smorgasbord breakfast or prepare for the big day with a hot breakfast, available on request in a few moments.

The Tent City hospitality marquee becomes a social area for patrons, and includes tables and chairs, cold rooms, refrigerator, help yourself complimentary tea and coffee, BBQs microwave and toasters for those patron who wish to cook their own meal or have the munchies at the end of the day. There is even ironing facilities for those on the run! Patrons are welcome to store their own drinks in the cold room.

All patrons will be asked to wear the Tent City armband so that our staff, who are on site for the entire festival, can easily identify patrons at any time. This is a security measure to prevent non-patrons from accessing the Tent City precinct.

Accommodation packages are available as single or twin share. Families and groups can be allocated tents together, but it is necessary to mention this when booking. Discounts for high school children who are twin sharing with another child or an adult are provided to assist families. ID proof will be required when booking in. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The accommodation includes fold-up bed/s and mattress - each tent is carpeted and has a permanent 12-volt light. You will need to bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets, blankets & pillows, towels etc.). The tents are screened, fully floored and carpeted.

Upon arrival on site, patrons are welcomed at the reception area where they will be given their breakfast vouchers before being escorted to their allocated tent. Our staff will be happy to assist with parking in the allocated parking area within the grounds.

Just Loos will provide continuous hot showers and toilets within the facilities' grounds. This company prides itself in providing excellent facilities and maintaining them in a most hygienic presentation throughout your stay.
