SUPERCHEAP BATHURST 1000
October 8, 2014 - October 12, 2014 (inclusive)
"Tent City Hire" has been servicing patrons at Bathurst for several years.
Tent City will be located at the corner of Alpha St and Russell St. The site is approximately 500 metres from the town centre. The facility will be serviced by regular coach transport throughout the event each day.
This package includes breakfasts served in the hospitality marquee each morning. Choose from a continental smorgasbord breakfast or prepare for the big day with a hot breakfast, available on request in a few moments.
The Tent City hospitality marquee becomes a social area for patrons, and includes tables and chairs, cold rooms, refrigerator, help yourself complimentary tea and coffee, BBQs, microwave and toasters for those patron who wish to cook their own meal or have the munchies at the end of the day. There is even ironing facilities for those on the run! Patrons are welcome to store their own drinks in the cold room.
All patrons will be asked to wear the Tent City armband so that our staff, who are on site for the entire event, can easily identify patrons at any time. This is a security measure to prevent non-patrons from accessing the Tent City precinct.
Accommodation packages are available as single, twin or triple share. The tents are carpeted and are fitted with a twelve volt light.
Twin and triple share is ideal, allowing plenty of room for beds, luggage and easy movement within the tent. Families and groups can be allocated tents together, but it is necessary to mention this when booking.
. Alternatively linen can be pre ordered from Tent City Hire. Includes sheets, pillow case, pillow, 2 blankets, doona and doona cover (see booking sheet). Booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Special rates apply for children 17 years and under who are accompanied by an adult.
Plenty of hot showers and toilets are within the facilities' grounds, and exclusive to "Tent City Hire" patrons. A hospitality marquee, with BBQ's, cold rooms, even an iron and ironing board, offers complimentary tea and coffee 24 hours daily... the congenial atmosphere of this great meeting place is often enhanced by practicing musicians and participating patrons!
Regular patrons will attest to the convenience, warm, friendly atmosphere and cooperative staff that makes this facility a popular alternative - these patrons have become friends over the years, and we look forward to catching up with familiar faces and adding new ones to our ever-growing Tent City "family". See you there!
